these goat are treated as scapegoats , i mean to say "bali ka bakra"
and by the way they r going to be slaughtered by any means either for meat or for controlling the disease from spread ,so death is confirned for these goat if ur cartoon materialised!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 hehehehehehehehehehehehehe
